Chris Banks

Our founder and head chef Chris Banks brings a passion and flavor all his own to Mojeaux’s unique menu. Chris is a second generation chef (and former Arena Football player) who has developed menus for restaurants all across the South, including in Atlanta and New Orleans. He is also a nationally recognized Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Foundation.

Chris is a partner in Mobile favorite Ollie’s, and has enjoyed his time working with the restaurant and living in Mobile. Chris is excited to bring a one of a kind experience to Mobile that blends Cajun influences with elements of soul food and fine dining, all in a casual atmosphere.
